I wore my brand new shoes to work and came home with lots of sticky gum all over the black leather wedge heel. I can't get it all off. Please help me get it off without ruining the leather. Thanks.

Try taking a bag of ice wrapping it up in a towel and placing against it for awhile. See if it hardens it enough to chip it away safely.
