Is there a belt sander for concrete like there is for wood?

I need to level off some concrete and figure something like this would work well.

I used a 4-1/2" 90 deg hand grinder.
You would need to get a masonry cutting wheel, about $7.00
The metal cutting wheels don't work well on stone.

You can rent concrete grinders. They are more like a grinder than a sander. If you have a large area to do, this would be your best bet. If it's just a small hump, or a small area, GWIZ's suggestion would be fine. An actual concrete grinder will give you a better finish, however.
