My fiance and I have a TON of books between the two of us, and when we move into our apartment, I know we won't have enough space for them all. Anybody know how to make bookcases? I figure if we can learn how to make them, we can make smaller ones for the rest of our junk. Or at least install shelves, if our landlady lets us. Thanks!

Yeah, thanks Jim!
And walkie74, just a bit of unsolicited advice... if you and your fiance would move that ton of books from between you, you may get to know each other better too! :D

ROTFLMAO Oh, man, you're great... :p
As far as an update, we've managed to clear some floor space and stack the boxes containing his books, so now we can actually see the wall. Kinda helps when you're trying to measure... :) As soon as I get paid again, I'm going to go look for some plywood and get started. Or maybe I'll just poke around the scrap wood barrels...but I doubt if I'll find the dimensions I need in there. Well, we'll see...
