I have a double hung, tilt sash, vinyl replacement window in the and the bottom sash won't stay up at all, it literally salms shut. Window was installed as part of a bathroom remodel almost two years ago, was working fine for awhile. Tried to tilt and put window back again, no change. Can anyone suggest how to fix this?

The tensioners are disconnected or broken. At 2 years old, it may still be under warranty. Contact the window mfgr. or the supplier where the window came from.

It's also possible that it has come out of its pivot shoes. When you raise the window, look in the left and right bottom corners of the frame to see if the pivot shoes are still at the bottom of the window.
