Wanted to clean the vinyl windows in the 3 season sun room. They are very cloudy and have a sticky substance on them.. Tried the normal cleaning solutions..nothing helped. Tried the best vinyl cleaner made for this job, didn't work.... Any Suggestion greatly appreciated.....

Ready to try the often recommended 50/50 White Vinegar & window next.

Are you cleaning the vinyl or the glass?

What type of stickie residue? any color to this stuff? nicotine residue?
