Hi
Does anyone know what a home owner can do about a driveway slab heaving at one end near garage . he says the porch steps is 4inches and
the slab is raising up on that end. house is 1 yr old and he thinks there is a code on this that the slab should all be even and not heaving. can he go back to the builder and have it fixed. why is this driveway starting to heave and bulge at this end .

Since the house is only 1 year old, find out who the GC was (if you don't already know) and who the sub was that poured the slab. They'll fix it. If they balk at that, there are ways to MAKE them fix it.
