Our Caloric gas oven does not heat and gives an error message that says "door" any time we try to use the oven. It seems like something happened when my 2 year old granddaughter jiggled the oven door closure latch. Help!

Hello Pam. Welcome to my Gas Appliances topic and our Do-It-Yourself Web Site.
Hopefully the problem is only an alignment problem. Possible the lever handle is slightly bent not allowing the locking micro switch to fully close. Which tells the computer the door is closed. Try to realign the lever carefully. If that fails to resolve the problem, the micro switch may be defective or there is a pood electrical connection or the main board is defective, etc.
