First off, thanks to everyone who has been assisting me with my questions thus far! (The Raven, Jay11J, Ed Imeduc)

The install is about complete. I want to box in (sheetrock) all the areas in the closed where the duct work was run to get to the fisrt floor.

Is there any reason I should not do this? Should I also add more insullation as well?

Yeah, go ahead a box it in. don't have to instulate it it unless you know have temp issues in there or sound.

Did you stay with the varaible speed or what?

Just box the duct work in there. You shouldnt need any insulation there as the duct work there is down in the air condition space .
