I just bought all new base cabinets, new sink, etc., and when I set it all in place, we'll be ordering new granite counter tops....and I like the under mounted kitchen sink look.

The plumbing comes in through the floor, so I ordered just a false front for the kitchen sink, not an entire cabinet....

Do I have to construct a frame out of 2x4's to support the sink?....or do I cut a piece of 3/4" plywood to fit the area somehow?

The room is oddly shaped, so on the left side of the sink I have a false corner piece which will be connected to the false sink front, then a stove directly to the right of the sink.....it seems there's nothing to connect these false fronts to, other than something of my own construction.

A little advice is hugely appreciated!!!!

Well, I guess I can answer my own question. I have to build my own framing stucture behind the false front....starting with lengths of 2x4 screwed to the wall to support the granite counter tops.....wish me luck!
