I have been reading responses to various problems in this website and have been impressed with the answers. Now, I would like to add a question. After a little accident with a mop in the tub, we now have a 3/8" hole in our new bathtub. Is there anyone that might be able to guide me along in this little adventure? Thanks

timbernkip, Welcome to the DIY Forums.
Its obvious that you have a plastic or fiberglas tub. They sell repair kits for this BUT, unless you are knowledgeable in this craft, you will not be happy with the results. Then again, perhaps you are adventuresome and want an experience. Nothing says satisfaction like doing it yourself. You learn, you save money, and you gain self reliance. Repair costs, by a contractor, may be higher than the tub is worth. Think about it and check local home improvement centers for repair kits. Good luck with your project.
