Does anyone know where I might find plans for building a small shed, 3X2 feet with a gabled or lean-to roof. For storing garden tools (rakes, shovels) and supplies.

Go to a big box store or any lumber yard. Rubbermaid has made millions of them. If you don't want one of the plastic ones, talk to the guys at the contractor's desk. They'll lay one out for you in about 3 minutes and sell you the stuff to build it with.

I understand your not wanting plastic. So your choices are to get out a pencil and paper and draw it, or go to a lumberyard or the contractor's desk at a big box store and let them design it for you. They will give you the plan, you buy the stuff, and go build it.
