My toilet makes a squealing noise after flushing it while the water is filling the tank. The valve appears to be all the way open and the noise appears to be coming from inside the tank. Any thoughts?

Replace the fill valve. I would recommend installing a Fluidmaster 400A, they are inexpensive (about $8) and easy to install.

It 'could' be that your black(?)rubber hose to the over flow pipe may be a bit loose. Check to be sure it is attached firmly because "something" sounds like it is pulling air when the water valve opens. Good luck but the remedy given by Rainbird should be your answer.
