I had an automobile accident recently which is not settled yet. Any way, I was not at fault but other party's insurance so far is only willing to pay about 2/3 of my damages. My insurance is Not paying any thing for the other party any way and they are not asking for it either.
I think Other party's insurance is playing games. Form o they move to 50/50 now they move to 2/3 rd.
Claim has not been fixed.
Any way my question is, if this 2/3rd is the final outcome, would it effect FICO score on my credit history or my insurance record will be damaged or my primium will increase?
Any suggestion please!

Insurance claims don't affect your credit. The only way that it could come about is if you were at fault, with no insurance, and they sued you for the money. The judgment would show on your credit.
In a similar situation, our insurance covered the wreck under uninsured motorist so that we could go ahead and get the car fixed. We lost our deductible, but settling the situation was handled between the insurance co's. Good luck, but it won't hit your credit.

in the situation where other party's insurance only paying 70% of my damages, would it effect insurance record or increase my premium. It has not been settled but just want to know adverse effects.

I can only answer for the credit side of it, I'll move this to the insurance forum for that part. IMO (not an insurance expert) if the other party is at fault it shouldn't affect you. Might want to talk to your agent though.
