I have 2 different split wall hanging models made by Selous Air. One unit when turned off it is completely off. The other unit when turned off its power light is still on, and it is ICY inside. Is it the way it is suposed to be?

Thx.

hth, sounds like a wiring problem. You may have a stuck contactor. From your description it appears the condenser is stuck on. Is this something new or has it always done this? How long have you had the 2 systems?
