I just bought a condo and I am in the process of remodeling a bathroom that has had a leak for quite some time. The wax ring has detiriorated thus causing a lot of leaking. So much in fact that my cast iron plumbing to secure the toilet to the floor has cracked!!! Any do-it-yourself fixes out there or do I need to call in a professional?

Thank you!

I'm one of the last people around here who'd say "call a pro" but in this case... sorry. It must be rebuilt not fixed. Setting up the pipe and flange will cost a first-timer plenty of time, and no fun. Let someone else have all the no-fun and complete it in a tenth the time.
