I have a 632 that came with the house and was never used. I programmed it several months ago and has been working great. It has an 8 LED and a fixed LCD keypad. I was installing the 5132 wireless receiver and that went fine. I was enrolling a wireless sensor and that went fine. I was configuring the new zone (with the fixed LCD keypad) and something went wrong. The keypad now has "PROGRAM" lit all the time. It won't accept key presses or beep any more. The backlight does get bright and the clock works though. The LED keypad works fine. I have run the 902 reset and that didn't fix it. I have cycled the power and reset the 5132 to factory defaults and that didn't fix it either. The 903 section lights up 2 but should light up 1 and 2 for both keypads. Of course I can't enroll keypad 1 because it is locked up. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I suspect that you may have accidentally assigned both keypads to the same slot (2). What you can try, is removing one of the keypads, run the supervision routine, then reassign the keypad to slot 1. Power down again hook up the othe keypad, and see if it works then.

The other possibility is that while moving wires around, you dislodged one of the keypad wires, but this sounds like a programming glitch.

The third possibility is that you accidentally enrolled the keypad as a "global" keypad on a system that has no partitions.

Holding the [1] key for 2-3 seconds didn't work but holding [#] for 2-3 seconds then pressing [1] did. As you said, I must have accidentally programmed it as a global keypad. Both keypads work now and the wireless is working fine. Thanks for the help.
