Hello everyone,
I'm not the most handy person around. I'm hoping someone out there has a simple fix for an unwound spring in a roller shade. At the moment the spring has no tension and the shade will not roll up. My late father used to wind it up on many occasions. So if there is a simple way to wind up the spring any help will greatly appreciated.

It sounds like an older type and we used to take it off the mount, hand roll it back up, then place back in bracket. It appears that the tension end may have 'jumped' the trak and unwound.
