i'm not a home improvement type of guy so does anyone knows what is the thing beside the window? it's something that you pin beside your window to make it like window shutters, thanks

i'm buying new home and wanted that upgrade but have no idea what it is called.

are you serious? is this a joke??

it's an exterior shutter. it's not a functioning shutter. it's just a shutter that is mounted to the exterior to look like the old, functioning shutters.

am i missing something here??? :confused:
