Decks, Patios, Porches and Docks - pergola post ?s

Hi all, first post(no pun intended), but have gotten lots of helpful info from the site already.

I have 2 ?s regarding the posts I set for a 14'x14' pergola. 24 hours after setting the posts I was removing the braces and I noticed that 2 of the posts can "wiggle" slightly in the concrete base. The movement is probably no more than a 1/2mm, almost imperceptible, but the other posts are SOLID, no movement. Should I be worried by this, does that have the potential to get worse over time as the wind causes the pergola to shift back and forth, or will the movement most likely disappear as the concrete continues to cure at the bottom of the hole? The posts are 4X4X10 PT, sunk 24" with a compacted 4" gravel base, and concrete up to ground level.

Second ?, I noticed the tops of the posts moving in the wind today while removing the braces. It was pretty windy all night and today, possibly what caused the 2 posts to show the slight movement. I've seen plenty of pergola plans use similar materials, but will I have any issues when I put the weight of (2)2X6X16 boards, and (12)2X4X16 boards on top to finish the pergola, along with the additional surface area for the wind to hit?

just place braces on each side at the top and to the post
