Hi DIYers,
Thanks in advance for your help. I have a problem in my standing shower. When I turn off the shower handle all the way, the shower head leaks, but when I turn on the shower handle a little to the "on" position, the water stops leaking. I am guessing it's the valve problem. What do you guys think?, and if it's a valve problem then how do I fix that? I consider my self an idiot in the field of home improvement, lol. Thanks again for your help.

If this is a 1300-1400 Delta Series single handle faucet, the pressure balanced cartridge is defective and in need of replacement.
