I just installed a new vanity in my bathroom and put the sink in. The entire sink slopes forward a bit. I am not sure how to best address it. Should I wedge the front of the cabinet up to make the sink level, or just shim the sink a bit? Any suggestions? Thanks!

JoePhillips, Welcome to the DIY Forums.
You will have to shim the cabinet. If you attempt to shim the sink. you will open a gap that water will flow through if splashed onto the surface. Good luck with your project and reply back with any other questions.
