I have a concrete block house built in 1949, has plaster over the concrete block, cracks running inside the house from lower edge of the window to the floor. Also the plaster ceiling has cracks.
How do I repair these problems?
Thanks for any help I can get.

The easiest way to fix it would be to use caulking. I've patched a lot of stucco cracks with caulk and had good results. Depending on the crack it may take a second application to make it blend in. Try to duplicate the texture [or trowel marks] on the stucco. Sometimes you can do this on the ceiling too. Otherwise use durabond [powdered drywall mud]. You may need to scratch the crack out a little so the patch has room to bond.
