Just inherited my late father in law's Craftsman, 10 inch radial arm saw (model number 113.198111). Dear ol dad had done something with the owners manual. As I have never had one (used 'em in woodshop 30 years ago), I do not know how to align the old girl. Cuts are between 1/16th of an inch and 1/8 of an inch off square when cutting the full length. I could probably figure it out if I was ambitious, but . . . I'm looking for immediate gratification.
Is there a quick guide somewhere out there in webland? And, does anybody know about this saw . . . dependable, dangerous? It seems okay to me.
Thanks :coffee:

I have a 113.199200, which I think is close enough the adjustments will be the same. Leave me a private message w/ your E-mail add and I'll copy the pertinent pages and E-mail them to you.
I bought mine from an 80 yr old friend a couple of yrs ago and luckily he still had the manual for it.

I think these Craftsman are pretty close for the set-up
But if mla2ofus' directions don't work I can scan and send you mine
Mine's pretty old though...
But it still kicks butt :)
