I have installed the 5804 using the steps in the manuel. I used the "D" function to set the default vales for the wireless control. When I try and enable the alarm system it does not reconize the remote. Have I left out a step?

You have to enroll the serial number for each button you are going to use on the fob. then you have to have a code for the fob also I usually make the user a higher user number so I wont lose any of my lower ones.
this is an example fill in your own numbers. press master code 8 30 four digit code that will give you the user code 30 Then for each of the buttons on fob you need to give it an attribute of 4. assuming you used zones 30, 31,32, 33 press master code 8 30 # 4 30 then master 8 30 #4 31 master 8 30 # 4 32 master 8 30 # 4 33
