Small ranch in MA, about a mile from the water, gas heat. Avg, monthly bill is 180. I got a quote for blown in insulation on the four walls (attic has blown in). Obviously the insulation will help but I guess I need some reassurances. How long will it take to pay for itself, about how much will it reduce my monthly bill. Just looking for rough estimates. A couple of the walls were 190, front was 280 and back was 250.

Also for the crawl space, he said he could do blown it that sticks to the floor joices. Good for moisture he says, but what happens if you have to get at something?
