Whirlpool washer won't spin

I have a whirlpool washer that when in final
spin cycle it doesn't spin. It will pump "most"
of the water out but just won"t spin. BTW,
I have replaced the lid switch.

sounds like the coupler... does it agitate... if it does tilt back and see if there is oil puddle... that would be a oil soaked clutch... :coffee:

Thanks, that was my next choice after reading all the "How to"s". :)
If that don't fix it then I am going to buy a new washing Machine. :D
The timer for this thing cost half as much as what I paid for the
washer. I sure as heck am not going to buy one of them. :thumbdn:
