Anyone have a source for flat black suspended ceiling tiles. The people at both Lowes and HD looked at me like I was an alien or something when I asked if they could order them.:rolleyes: BTW, both claimed no. Need flat black since they are going in a theater room with a projector.

If like down here they just paint it all black up there no ceiling at all . Sometimes they have a black grid there and no tile. Why not get the white tile and spray them black???

Check out the link below. He used Armstrong 2918 Shasta 2' X 2' fine texture ceiling tiles.* These are the highest NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) ceiling tiles that Armstrong makes in Black.
