How do I install drywall on a 135 degree inside corner? Do I cut both of the drywall edges at an angle to butt them together?

I wont say its right. BUT You could just cut the back paper and break it over. Dont need tape or mud. Kind of like when you have to get a piece up in a closet just cut the back and bend it over. try a small strip piece to get a good fit on where the cut should be

Hang one side first. then back cut the next sheet to fit and butt them together. To finish this use strait flex or ultra flex tape for a nice straight line.
