Hmmm, do you have access to a multimeter? This one may take a little real testing to sort out.

if you are not getting any lights on the keypad ,you have might blown the fuse.if you look at the board you see three of them one for battery, seconf for aux, and the third for siren ,so you might want replace a fuse, for the siren is it going for more than 10 seconds ,becuase on regular basis when you hook it up it should sound ,than it will work normally.

ty for getting back to me MrRon and Kimshow i did use a voltagemeter on the battry it was good then on the transformer there was no reading on the transformer so thats why i got a new one . and hooked it up like it was taken off. as for the lights on the keypad i have none i looked at all 3 fuses they look good not burned out or broke but when i did hook up the first battry the alarm did go off but then i had lights so i put my code in it stoped then 2 days later it went off again so i was told about the transformer now i have no lights on the keypads it wont take my code it just keeps going

First, just to eliminate them, use an ohmmeter or continuity tester to make sure that those fuses are actually good. They sometimes burn inside the metal caps and look good to the eye, while actually being blown.

Using the voltmeter, verify that you are actually getting 16vac at the power input terminals on the PC board. If there is power there, check for 12-14 vdc at the battery terminal wires without the battery connected.

If any of these things are absent, we can work from there. If there is power in and at the battery (charger output), and the fuses are good then there may be something serious wrong (these panels do have a failure mode that destroys any power supply you connect them to).
