my blinds do not drop down / close right. i pull the cord (i tried at many angles) and sometimes it drops a bit and then stops (then i have to pull it again), other times it goes down fully. the other blinds in my house are the same and they work perfectly fine.

i have a feeling i can repair this, but i have no clue where to start. can someone help me , assume i have already taken the blinds off the window frame, what do i do now?
