I wanted to know if my GE\ITI Concord security system is preprogrammed with the emergency phone numbers or do I have to set them up? I just wanted to know just in case, while I'm testing my (unmonitored) system, if it will call 911? I just figured since 911 is pretty standard throughout the US and would seem to be a simple thing to have preprogrammed.

Nope, you have to program the numbers in. Check with your local jurisdiction. Many states and localities do not allow automatic alarm dialers to dial 911.
