For the 600 and 700 If Im right the 600 is a bypass that Id go for, for sure and $80 dollars cheaper. That 700 has the outdoor tstat . I dont like them, dont want to work right all the time.

They both have outdoor sensors. The 700 has fan built in for use on supply side.The 600 has no fan is usually mounted on return duct. I don't like the outdoor sensors either. I leave them in manual mode and for sure use hot water supply if used on heat pump or 2 stage hi-efficiency furnace. The 600 has less parts to break.
