I would like to install exterior floodlights on the front of my house that shine up from (near) ground level and illuminate the house.
The actual wiring is easy. My questions are, how do I mount the lights to the brick house, what kind of conduit do I need to use (I assume I'll need conduit), and how do I terminate the conduit as it enters the house?

To mount the fixtures & conduit {or UF cable} you'll need to use a hammerdrill & a 1/4" anchor kit.You dont have to drill into the brick {its much more difficult} the mortar will do fine. When running conduit into a house the most important thing is to seal the hole where the pipe enters the house. The type of conduit connection depends upon the type of conduit used. If using PVC pipe a PVC male adapter into a box will do. If using steel conduit you'll need a conduit connector of the proper size to go into a box.
