This is my first attempt building a patio surround wall. The wall will be 4' high and with two sections , 74' and 30' long. My question, should I dry stack the cement blocks or butter them up with mortar..? I wiil be using 4' rebar every 2 feet with a cement pour. My dream plan is to face the blocks with some kind of real or faux rock. Damned expensive, but what an effect when compared with just stucco....any other ideas out there for a facing..?
