Whining Freezer

I have a freezer that has a high pitched whine. When I open the door the
noise stops for a while but comes back. I wonder if anyone has an idea as
to what is causing the noise and how to fix it. :confused:

Some units the inside fans shuts off when you open the door. So it could be the inside fan there.
