Kenmore Washing Machine Help

:alarm: My washing machine has stopped working, it's a Kenmore Model # 417 40042990 front loading washer. The door lock light id lit, but nothing else runs, it stopped working midcycle, so now it has water sitting in the tub. Any suggestions? :confused:

Did you advance timer to spin and if so do you hear the pump running..?? bottom front panel.. remove 2 scews... remove 2 wires from pump, set timer to spin and turn on and check these wires for voltage if voltage is there bad or clogged pump... On these machines if it doesnt pump out it wont do anthing ... let me know if this helps :coffee:
