I am wondering how much give there is supposed to be in a metal mobile home roof. The north end of my 99 mobile gets beat up on a lot from storms and when I was checking it this last weekend I could see it rolling as the wind would catch it. It was not coming up but sure looked loose. It's mighty noisy too!

I've owned 5 MHs in 3 different states. They all pop and crack with temp changes and sound like they will blow away during storms. Iv'e seen some people put old tires on their roofs to keep the noise down but I think it is very unsitely. Short of framing up and installing a new roof I know of no fix for the noise.
