Is there a special tool or something to fix a crushed downspout? I ran it over with the car. I want to replace it with an extra piece0and cut off the crushed piece) I have but it needs to be tapered on one end so it will fit in the other piece.

There is such a tool. It is called a downspout crimper. However, for the price, there is another way for you to fix it. The piece that is still attached to the house, after you have cut off the crushed end, take your metal shears and make about a 1/2 to 1" cut up the pipe in the corners. This will allow you to squeeze the the pipe together to slip it inside the new pipe. Good Luck
