TV. is getting too much blue color in low light scenes. Its like the blue is glowing..Is it convergence problem or tube..I have adjusted convergence several times but not helped?

Am receiving HD programs now and the reception and color is just perfect. However; when I go to Digital channels or analog channels the color is awful. In low light scenes blue and red look like they are glowing and background is nothing but blue. TV has been serviced ($750.00), replaced LSB/Alinment,but color remains awful while viewing digital and analog channels, any advice?

Sorry it took so long to reply. Only thing I have connected to TV is HD cable box using Phillips gold coated RCA connectors (RWY). HD on Av4 is perfect.but av1,av2,and av3 are the ones I'm having problem with colors. I also connected Pro.Scan DVD to av 1,2,and 3 with same color problem,but when connected to av4 (HD) the picture is perfect. Anyway repair people are picking up TV to fix it again (no charge) tomorrow. Something wrong with AV 1,2, and 3 connections on Tv.
