We just had our hot water heater replaced in Jan. 2005. All of a sudden it seems that when you turn the hot water on in the last bathroom of the house, it comes out cloudy almost white. The cold water is clear. Any suggestions?

This is a normal occurance. Its disolved gasses in the hot water. If you allow it to sit for a few minutes it will clear.

Good luck

I too installed a new HWH recently (Feb., I think) and am now getting milky looking how water at our kitchen sink. Also, the flow rate seems to have lessened. I think I read somewhere that water like that is caused by excessive aeration of the water.

However, that seems strange as I have checked all the water lines and can not find any leaks.

Any Suggestions anyone? :wall:
