When spraying inside of cabnet sagging and wrinkling happens. Should i lower the pressure? wipe out paints and respray? what should i do?

Not sure about adjusting pressure, depends on type of rig you are using. Wipe it out and start over. Make quick passes with the gun, and apply thinner coats, several thin ones are better than one thick one.

Also make sure the surface is well prep. Wrinkling quite often happens when the surface is not clean or material not compatible with finish already coated.

Higher pressure results in better atomization (finer drops) if the pressure is too low. Wrinkling, especially in clear finishes can be caused by too thick an application. The surface dries and doesn't allow the part below to gas off.
