We have an incontinant dog who has discolored our wood floor., Several areas have turned black. Is there a solution to remove the stain or will sanding help? Thanks

sanding would probably be able to get rid of most of it, but it is probably pretty deep, and the sanding would cause a dip in the floor. you would need to sand the whole floor.
one option would be to cut out the bad spots, and replace with new wood, stained and finished to match the older floor.
