I have a 61 in rear Projection Tv from RCA. The problem is I have no picture. I can still get the sound but now I just have a rainbow across the bottom of the screen. Sometimes it feels frisky and scrolls up and down the screen. Any clue what's wrong and how to fix it or what it will cost for me to get it fixed?
