Hi.. Need an expert opinion :-).. i'm planning to re-insulate my basement, which presently it has a foil as insulation at the back of wooden (plywwod) panel.. i want to replace it with styrofoam but i still want to use foil as vapor barrier.. can i do that??? i'll greatly appreciate your prompt response .. thanks
