I installed track lighting and turned the power on. Lights were lite when switch was in off position. Turned switch on and blew a fuse. Reset the fuse, lights came back on but if the swith is touched the fuse blows. What's wrong here?

You have miss wired a switch loop. You are actually turning on the switch when the fuse blows.
This will fix the most common problem of miswiring a switch loop. If your switch only has a black and white connected to it this should fix it.
At the light take the white wire from switch and disconnect it from the other white wires. Disconnect the black from the switch and the black from the fixture from the other black wires. Connect the white from the switch to the black wires. Connect the black from the switch to the black from the fixture.

If none of this makes sense or the there is more than just one black and white at the switch, tell me how you have all the wires currently connected at the light and the switch.

Thank you very much. I followed the instructions and they mentioned nothing about the switch loop. Once I read your reply it made perfect sence and it worked! You saved me hours of tedious work!
