Your post is difficult to read because of all the unecessary capital letters.

be anything inside the DVD player that needs to be oiled. Does it do this with all of your DVD's? Or just certain ones?

If it's all of them, then I'm thinking some type of heat build-up, can the DVD player get some airflow to cool off? My only other idea would be some dust on the lens, you can try a DVD laser lens cleaner and see if it helps.

If it's just certain ones, then maybe something about those DVD's, such as scratches/fingerprints? Maybe try a borrowed or new copy of the same movie?

Hope this helps!

if it's new, then return it and get another.
i had one that did the same thing (more or less) and had to pull the back off the cabinet so it could get better air flow. worked great ever since.
