Hi,

I have an older toro hydrostatic riding mower 13hp. It starts and runs
great, until I release the brake, then it just dies, like I turned it off. Yesterday, my daughter accidently put diesel in it and it died real quick. I drained the diesel out, sprayed carb cleaner and ran for about an hour after putting gas in it. The next day it started great, I mowed about 1/2 hour and it died. Now it won't stay started. I let it run (w/the brake on) for about 45
min. checked the safety switches. It seems to be working?? Do you have
any suggestions?? Thanks,
Sheila

I would look real hard for any loose connections or a wire that may have an intermittant short or open.

Hello Segers!

Your seat switch is not working properly. Probably not plugged in tight.
