I just bought a Sharp LCD tv, LC-13S1U for kitchen, and after 3 weeks and probably used 10 times it doesn't have sound anymore (the sound is not on mute and no headphones are plugged in). If I grab the thing and turn it kind of up side down, the sound get back and after awhile goes off again. I can't believe such poor quality. Any advise before I send it back to the manufacturer? Thank you.
