Hi everyone. I am hopeful someone can help me identify the specs for a Kenmore upright freezer, model #253-9280212. Specifically I am trying to figure out the approximate age and the size, i.e. cubic feet. This freezer was part of my Aunt's estate and would like to have these specs when listing it. I tried searching the net and no luck. I called Sears and they could not help me. I called three Sears service centers and no luck there either. They cannot give you the specs and can only order parts. Makes no sense but there it is.
Any help greatly appreciated.

According to the model number you provided. Your Aunts freezer was manufactured by Gibson Appliances, which was bought by Frigidaire. You might try calling them to get the specs.
