i have a split level home, and just framed in the garage in wood. im the foundation is concrete block that comes above the ground about 4 ft. i wanted to make the garage section match. now it is plywood. i was wondering what the prep procedure would be to skim it w/ concrete. also, what type of concrete should i use?
